Identify the Weight: Begin by identifying areas in your body where you feel tension or stress, such as your chest, throat, or head.
Use Imagination: Visualize the stress as a physical object, like a dark cloud or cord, and imagine removing it from your body.
Scoop and Release: Use your hands to mimic scooping out the stress and throwing it away, or visualize pulling out a cord and snapping it off.
Fill with Light: Imagine a healing light filling the areas where the stress was removed, sealing and protecting you.
Focus on Gratitude: Place your hand on your heart and focus on feelings of gratitude and appreciation for your life and well-being.
Visualize Desired Outcomes: Envision the positive outcomes you wish to achieve, feeling as if they are already present in your life.
Breathe Deeply: Maintain a pattern of deep breathing to calm your nervous system and stay present in the moment.
