Podcast After-Party: Replay

Ivan Danilov

Hey there!

Just wanted to drop you all a note and let you know that I will now be making it very clear anytime I use any A.I. to help me in crafting my content on Time Has Come.

I had a conversation with a loved one recently about the use of A.I. and how it can be a huge support for crafting content outlines and doing much of the leg work when creating online. However, there is a real danger it using it to circumvent the inherent growing pains in shaping one’s own voice and message.

Whether people know it or not, the true value of sharing your creativity is in your expression of your soul’s journey, growth and unique contribution. This informs the decisions, words, tempo, style and intentions of all that one puts out into the world. It’s in this journey that other souls find a resonance with and are inspired by the overcoming and mastering of the challenges and tribulations we face.

So in an effort to bring more transparency and openness to my work and process I will be including a note to let everyone know what content was supported with A.I. and to what extent. Similar to the nutritional facts on the back of your favourite snack bar.

(AI*) = AI was used to help shape the structure, idea or thought process of this content. All content was later crafted by the author without additional support or use of AI.

(AI**) = AI was used to craft specific sections of this content for enhancement of enjoyment or comprehension.

(AI***) = AI was used to create the entire body of this entire content. While certain sections might be adjusted, the majority of this content is generated with AI.

My general rule of thumb is to use A.I. to help organize my thoughts and also write out automated chapter summaries and overviews of podcast conversations. You will now start seeing these (AI*) markings on content I put out to keep you informed as to what happened behind the scenes in the creation of it.

I hope you enjoy the Podcast After-Party with Ivan Danilov!

Summary

In our latest Podcast After-Party on TimeHasCome.com, Graham Wardle and guest Ivan Danilov engaged in a thoughtful discussion on masculinity, nature, and personal growth. They explored the challenges faced by young men today due to the lack of cultural traditions and media influence, advocating for a reconnection with traditional values and nature.

Ivan shared travel tips for Alberta, insights on wellness events like Slavic saunas, and the benefits of seasonal foods such as Saskatoon berries. His stoic lifestyle practices, including cold exposure and nature immersion, emphasized resilience and gratitude.

The conversation highlighted the balance between emotional awareness and traditional masculine roles, with personal anecdotes about hunting and facilitating men's retreats. They discussed potential wilderness initiation experiences to address the absence of modern rites of passage and the influence of social media on masculinity perceptions.

Lighter moments included a humorous sasquatch gag during the podcast shoot and plans to share bloopers. The session concluded with holiday wishes and encouragement to reconnect with nature and community.

"Nature helps me to reconnect myself in this busy lifestyle. You know, work and pressure and, you know, economies and stuff like that. So find yourself to step out, connect with mother nature, go for a walk, take your socks off, and just tune in again." - Ivan Danilov
