We have officially kicked off our 12-week journey into The Artist’s Way. Whether you have been with us since the beginning or are just finding this now, the door is still open for you to discover and recover your creative self.
For Our New Adventurers
If you are just joining us, welcome! You have lots of time to catch up:
Grab the Book: Pick up your copy of The Artist’s Way or head over to your local library.
The First 40 Pages: We are giving everyone until March 15th to read the introduction and Week 1. This gives you lots of time to get a new routine of reading and writing.
Start the Tools: You can begin your Morning Pages (three pages of hand written journaling) and your first Artist Date (a solo expedition of fun) today.
Orientation: Finding Your Tribe
Our next big date is Sunday, March 8th at 4:00 PM PT. This is our Orientation and “Room Claiming” day on Zoom.
For Paying Subscribers: We will get together to find our “Tribe of Four”. You will stake your claim for your permanent breakout room number that will be your creative home base for the next 12 weeks.
For Free Subscribers: Reach out to a few friends or other members here on Time Has Come to find your tribe. You can meet online using Brave Talk. It’s free and has no time limits for groups of four.
The Weekly Rhythm (Starting March 15th)
Every Sunday from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM PT, we will have our weekly meetings.
The Landing (10 Mins): We ground ourselves as one large tribe with a brief check-in and inspiration.
The Cluster Deep-Dive (70 Mins): You head to your breakout room to share your process (Not your Morning Pages!) and witness each other’s experiences with their weekly tasks.
The Closing (10 Mins): We return to share any Synchronicities. Those surprising and beautiful coincidences that happen when we open ourselves up to life.
A Mental Health Reminder
Creative recovery is deep work. If the exercises feel overwhelming, step back and seek professional guidance. Your safety is more important than completing the work.
