Sacred moments and spiritual digestion is such a relevant topic. Years ago after our first move of many, we decided on each New Years Day to write down where we lived, what we learned in the year, and how we felt at that moment. We then prayed about what we needed to let go and not regurgitate and we let it go. We still do this each year. It is a great renewal of the sacredness of life. It is our way of connecting in faith, moving forward with all the forever memories in our hearts, but not the baggage or indigestion. I love the digestion metaphor! Thank you, Graham, for this meaningful message.
