After listening to the live today while I was on my break at the hospital and hearing about The Abundance Workout, I realize how important it is to cultivate gratitude in our lives. I reflected on my health, and I scored my gratitude at a 70 out of 100. This has inspired me to think further about how I can enhance this feeling. To increase my sense of appreciation towards my health, I want to focus on actionable steps, such as regular exercise and healthier eating habits.

As I deepened this reflection, I realized that to move from a 70 to a 80 , I could start a weekly exercise routine and incorporate more fruits and vegetables into my meals. This mental exercise not only highlights my current health status but also motivates me to invest in my well-being further.

I’m determined to embrace a healthier lifestyle, which will naturally elevate my feelings of gratitude. As I move toward my goal of reaching 100 in abundance concerning my health, I see the potential to expand my appreciation even more by holding myself accountable and celebrating small victories along the way.

I’m so thankful for each and every day. The fact that I can stand on my two feet, I am in my right and sound mind. My heart is still beating and I’m breathing through my lungs. Helps me get through my challenges and grow in abundance.

I am already excited about this practice, Graham. Every night before bed I go through my day and thank God for all the things I am grateful for in that day. After seeing your live, last night I got honest about the degree to which I was grateful for those things. The numbers really helped me understand the specifics of my gratitude and think about how I could feel even more grateful in a tangible, action sort of way. Getting honest was eye-opening. I realized there was room to expand my gratitude in several areas. So today I'm approaching the day with an eye on increasing those gratitude numbers. Feeling a 10 out of 10 that you introduced us to this very practical exercise! Thank you!!

I don’t really have to get any higher to be grateful for my grandchildren. They have pieces of my heart and they are beautiful souls ❤️ But, there are a couple of family members I really need to work on. Some days I am at 40% with them and I just can’t get any higher and one I don’t know if I ever can. I pray for that gratefulness every day❤️🙏 Thank you Graham🌈

As I listened to the replay of this live and the idea of expanding my abundance muscle, I was struck by how excited you, Graham, were to share this idea with us. As I thought deeper and honestly as you mentioned gratitude for my house, my mind went to I am grateful that I have someone to share it with, and that thought expanded my abundance muscle. When thinking of health, gifts, and abundance the thought that I am able to care and share my life with others expanded it more. Sharing kept repeating in my head as an expansion boost. You have challenged me to exercise my gratitude mindset, inward and outward, while remaining authentic and real. Thank you, Graham, tor sharing your thoughts with us. Continued blessings.

I listened to Abundance workout while walking at lunch today! I t gave me some clarity about letting the abundance in and clearing out the worries in my head! When I started walking I was a 4 out of 10 and I listened to your examples Graham and it made things clearer ! Made a decision about one of the worries I’m carrying and how to let the abundance in and stop ruminating about it. When I came back into work I felt 6 or 7 out of 10! Graham I am so appreciative of the abundance you share with me and everyone else..10 out of 10! Thank you Graham!

Graham, this was a great reminder to count our blessings in life. We all have many things to be thankful for but can always raise the bar as we try to think deeper for ways to improve and expand those muscles. Thank you!

Graham, this topic has genuinely inspired me to do some inner reflection. Gratitude can be a game changer; it helps shift the mindset to focus on the positive. When I acknowledge what I’m grateful for, my outlook improves significantly. I can list many things I appreciate, such as my home, family, friends, and finances, which I score anywhere from 90% to maybe 10%. The abundance muscle test has taught me that to get a higher score; I must release certain things I cannot control and replace them with a stronger appreciation for what I have in life, not what I don't have. Thank you for the motivation to look within and be authentic in my responses. Honesty is truly the only way to improve.

Thank you, Graham! I really appreciate how you invite us to be honest with what we feel, without pressure, and to gradually build that ‘gratitude muscle’ little by little. I’m taking this lesson with me to practice every day.

While watching your live last night, I felt more at peace than I have in months. I had just finished a Bible Study with a truly inspirational person who I admire and respect. I would say that my gratitude number at that point was 7 out of 10. How do I bump that number? I think by doing more of the same. It's working for me❤️❤️

The purpose of "The Glad Game" is to be able to acknowledge something negative and think of a reason to be thankful in the midst of it. Parker Bros. actually created a board game called "Pollyanna, the Glad Game"

Again a timely discussion to think about Gratitude and how good it makes you feel when we flow with increased awareness of what it can be to be thankful & how we can improve to make us feel more grateful and more appreciative of what’s around us. I need to work on so many things to get that higher genuine score of expanding my muscles 💪 🙂

I am grateful for your heart Graham and always having interesting and moving topics.

My GRATITUDE hat is on 💫🙏💐💞🙌👍👌🌅

You always make us think:):)

I’m 70% grateful for my Masters degree. It was definitely an undertaking when I completed it 12 years ago. I think about the “kids” who I have guided, taught, and worked with who are now young adults venturing out into the world where they are starting families, careers, and doing other things in their Thirties. I’m even more grateful for that degree when I think about my students that have gone out into the world doing all sorts of things. I think of all of the teaching connections that I made and have lasted for several. The relationships I have made moves my level of being grateful up to about 80%. I have always taught reading and writing in some way, shape, or form. I definitely miss teaching, but I will go back at some point. I’m very grateful that I get to “live” in stories and definitely writing with my students. Even though special education is a huge undertaking, I am grateful for the degree, career, the content I teach, and definitely the people around me. When I have a particularly hard day, I need to remember this reply because I am more grateful for my challenging career choice than what I realized. I am 85-90% grateful for my demanding role. Everyone needs a break and that’s exactly what I’m doing right now in order to focus on my kids and then I can focus more on my classroom later on. I just pray that I can be used as an instrument to guide more children when I go back to the classroom.

What would make me jubilant is if I had supportive administration. Special education is like a tight rope sometimes. I definitely enjoy a challenge and I don’t back down easily when I feel that a child needs someone to advocate, help, guide, and teach them. Before being Momma Bear for everyone else’s kid, I am going to be Momma Bear for mine first. Three years will look different because I will have a Freshman in college, a Freshman in high school, and a 6th grader. Unless things change, I am going back to my classroom in 3 years because my kids will need me in a different way.

A great live, loved your enthusiasm for this project, excited to expand my gratitude. This past week my heart has been filled with gratitude for family time, like 90%, celebrating graduations. As I thought about how I could expand that to 95%, I realized I could have been totally focused on the moments together. A note to self for next family gathering. I also like your thoughts on looking deeper within, being honest with ourselves, finding gratitude for various aspects of my life…the things we often take for granted. Will be looking for the gratitude challenge. Blessings!
