I loved this Podcast. It was so wonderful to see both of you two smile and laugh throughout the Podcast. I had been married 47 years in such a wonderful relationship. I grew up in a home of alcohol and fighting. I remember hiding in the closet in my early years so I wouldn’t hear all fights. Not physical fights just horrible words.. I thought then I don’t want a marriage like that. And i accomplished that. We went to school together for 12 years but not until our senior year did we date. I went off to college and he to the Navy. We were passionate writing letters., phone calls and spending time together when he was on leave. Cancer finally took him just before our 48 year anniversary. I will never find someone as wonderful as him. Thank you for your message, Mark and Graham.

Great Podcast! We must embrace Pain and burn it as fuel for our Journey. Don’t hide your scars, wear them as proof that God heals. We are here on earth and were created to add to it not just take from it. Out of our hardest rejections comes our greatest directions. Endings will always bring new beginnings. Sometimes an obstacle in your path is a gift meant to redirect you in the right direction.

This was a great podcast! Knowing the fundamentals of a healthy relationship is so important, and that's not something you learn in school. I realize I still have some work to do. I'm someone who prefers to keep the peace, so I can't talk about painful subjects. I feel the inner discontent that comes with that. I am willing to take responsibility for this, though, and I hope to increase my integrity and improve my relationship. It's worth it. I am so grateful for the wisdom I gained from this conversation. Graham, by bringing interesting people like Mark into our lives, you make the world a little better. I'm reading his book ' Liberated love' at the moment. It's very helpful. Thank you for your work!🌱🙏

I have decided that the time has come to have those awful conversations with those that I need to have the conversations with. I was meant to see this Podcast.

Graham, thank you for inviting Mark to your Podcast. I love the phrase, "Knowledge is a nuisance until it becomes integrated," I love that statement. This is a topic that I've been discussing in my mind for quite sometimes. And it shows that the time is here, to get it out of my mind and to have a real conversation with those that I need to have the conversations with, several podcast back Graham discuss a sign from God, something like that-if I'm not mistaken- This Podcast was that sign for me to have a conversation that I've been afraid to have. Graham Wardle, I truly love this Podcast. I love this community, I've often said and I believe that there is a connection that we all share what I refer to as a collective Karma. This is another aspect of my life "Tearing down my Inner-wall." to be the person that I am to be. Graham, and Mark thank you both for a Great discussion. Thank you. With love p.s. Mark, I love what you said about love "I Love to Love."

I forgot to add on my comment to this podcast, that the guest Mark was very good at explaining his answers to the questions people had. 👍

I loved the comment about forgiveness of someone who is gone. It’s allowing someone safe passage through my mind.
