Hello my friends,
Just wanted to update everyone here about what’s going on behind the scenes.
I recently came down with a cold from exhaustion. When you’re having fun it’s hard to slow down sometimes!
I just finished a five city speaking tour across Alberta, Canada. It was an offer I couldn’t refuse. I had so much fun meeting people and speaking about taking the leap of faith. Similar to my podcast but in this case it was in the context of getting involved politically to make change versus waiting for someone else to come and save you.
I learned a lot and heard so many amazing stories from people along the way.
Kerry James and I were also in charge of the live broadcast and recording of the events for a documentary. So we had our work cut out for just the two of us.
After we wrapped up the speaking tour I hustled 1200km or 745miles back to the west coast to co-host an amazing 3 day workshop with Lynette Elinda from Episode 7 of my podcast. It was my first time doing something like that and it was another offer I couldn’t refuse.
The workshop was fantastic and I had a blast. Only trouble was my body starting giving out on the second and third day. I was so inspired and excited to be there though that I pushed myself even more.
And then I got sick. Really sick.
I’m about 50% better now but still have some healing to do.
When I was a kid I loved going to basketball summer camp. I always had so much fun and worked so hard. On the last day I remember the head coach said he would give a free Coca-Cola to anyone who drank it through his sweaty gym sock. Soda Pop was a rare treat for me as a child so this was one of my first offers that I, “couldn’t refuse”.
Needless to say I got sick after that as well. Go figure!
At the moment I am resting up, drinking lots of bone broth, smoothies and vitamins and supplements. Im going to be taking some time off to fully recover and take a good look at managing those irresistible offers.
Kerry James is almost done the editing for the next podcast episode which will also give you all more insight into my latest speaking tour and meet the man who started it all, David Parker. (He’s the guy with me in the photo for this post. 😎)
Much love and thanks for your patience while I heal up🙏🏼
Continued Blessings
Graham
So happy to hear you are getting better. Take all the time you need to rest and relax. You’ve definitely earned it, as you do so much for others. Much love and blessings coming your way, plus continued prayers. ❤️❤️🙏🙏
Graham, I was so pleased to have a message from you yourself this morning so that we all knew exactly what was going on with you. We all have been so worried about you. Glad to hear that you're at least 50% recovered. My dear Graham speaking like a mother I surely hope that this has been and will continue be a wake-up call for you and you don't let this happen ever again. Our bodies can only take so much and you pushed it to the edge. Continue to take care of yourself as you have been and I'm sure in time you will be at 100% and we'll get to see you again and hear from you again. We miss you. Much love and many prayers coming your way from all of us.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💯
