Thank you Graham for choosing Breaha as the first in this new step. Breaha thank you for this beauty of a poem. Many mornings I do sit quietly with my dog and at the feet of my savior. My life has some turmoil in it so to pull away and survive I need this quiet time. Letting my mind rest and allowing that savior to comfort me and show me a door to quiet joy.

Isn't it a gift how we have the space here to inspire each other? What opened up for you when you followed your inner guidance and said no to an area of your life that was no longer serving you?
Hello Breaha! At the time I wrote the above reply I found myself spending too much time and emotion on social media. My contributions and comments were too driven by “like me” and wanting to belong. Thanks to insight, prayer and guidance I decided to pull back. I deleted my personal Substack page, which saved time, and I am writing more heartfelt messages and poems. Inspiration is a gift and I thank you for yours and Graham’s. ❤️ I wrote a reply earlier and it disappeared into cyberspace. It may show up somewhere where I least expect it too. lol

After listening I took a few minutes to reflect on my day, connect with my inner guide, and express gratitude for the many blessings in my life. My day usually starts with a quiet time, journal writing 3 things I appreciate, and listening to my inner guide, which I believe we all have if we truly listen. Thanks for sharing your video and your heart.
