I enjoyed the live to very much as it was insightful and just wanted to add my experience with AI. I find it very scary not knowing if the stories you see online are true or from a BOT. I personally have never felt comfortable using AI and never have really to be honest. One of the reasons also is because I work at a hospital for the NT Government, and they implemented last year a New cyber security policy-The use of DeepSeek AI services and all AI products, applications and web services on government devices and other personal devices that access our work emails and all NTG services is banned and the mobile management app we have on our devices will not allow us to do any search about AI services ..
This policy change applies to all NTG employees, the reason they implemented this policy is because they discovered that a lot of the doctors and medical students were relying on AI to complete their work and assessments.
Enjoyed it. My internet went down for part of it. We were having some issues earlier and it continued during the podcast.
I do not trust AI.
I wanted to mention canola oil can interfere with people who lost their gallbladder. olive is the safest.
For women a lot of food has soy. Soy is an estrogen and
It can cause breast cancer.
I have stayed away and it has been helpful.
I had stage 2 breast cancer years ago and my doctor found this new test. I only took medication and radiation after my surgery. The test stated I would be
Ok without chemo.
I praised God every time I tell my story. He heard me and found the solution.
I am also an introvert and I can be a brat if I need to be heard. ✝️
Recently I was listening to a reporter that I trusted and he was interpreting an interview from a politician and my gut said this doesn’t sound right. I then found the actual interview and realize the reporter had taken the comment out of context to fit his narrative. I was angry and disappointed. The world of headline and online news is full of hyperbole…. Catastrophic, bombshell, consequential, existential threat, often with a group think narrative telling me how to think. I normally research facts but primarily rely on my moral compass and gut to keep my emotions aligned with my beliefs and self integrity. Thank you, Graham, for this interesting, thought provoking and fun conversation. Continued safe travels.
i just saw the live “podcast” as i am vacationing in the country side in sweden and wifi is sketchy here. graham i resonate with all your topics on this live great conversation about seed oils i have stopped using them when i learned about what they actually do to you years ago. all the oils you have mentioned are good ones and also coconut oil here in the US you have to make sure that they are labeled nongmo with also a usa certified organic label because now the nongmo project is not guaranteed there are no pesticides in them. i do not watch mainstream news anymore as they are only leaning to one side and only tell you there narrative. as for AI i’ve recently seen some info about how H.S. and college/university students as well as their professors are now using AI to basically do the work for them and they are losing there critically thinking. the article i saw was saying what is the purpose of going to a college/university anymore if using AI will do the work for those students. i also follow sarah swain on substack and she had mentioned that she had no problem crossing the border into the U.S. as cbc was warning canadians that they would have problems coming into the states. (all because if tariff wars)i was also worried about visiting sweden as i saw that there were problems here as well but found its not true at least where i am everyone has been kind and helpful in sweden. you have to do some research if you want to travel to different countries. thanks for this informative live. cheers❤️
Thank you, Graham.I really enjoyed your live tonight. So much interesting and intellectual conversation. I'm so happy that you get the replays out as soon as you do. Because I never get to see anything live anymore because I don't get the notifications. I'm looking into see if there's anything I can do about that. Thank you again so much for all that you share with us and keep us on top of things. Continue to have safe travels, and lots of fun!!!❤️🙏🏻😊
Thanks for the quick replay, Graham. I would have loved to be in on the conversation but could only pop in for a few minutes as our granddaughter had a presentation. I'm trying to be very careful with what I'm listening to in the current news climate. There are definitely news stories that I really want to believe or discount depending on my personal viewpoints. Trying very hard to be cautious and keep an open mind, but remain vigilant and do further research. Discernment is an important practice, but I'm also taking your suggestion about paying more attention to how news sources are trying to manipulate my feelings. I do find I have certain triggers around certain types of news. School shootings is a big one for me. Thanks for the worksheets and discussion on an important topic. Looking forward to the next chat and what you have to share about "Chaos and Order: Lessons from Nature". Sounds riveting!
thanks for sharing the replay so quickly, I missed the live as I was having a family dinner to celebrate my grandson's high school graduation. It was an interesting conversation, especially with everything that is going on in the world today...it's imperative that we practice discernment when hearing the stories we are being told...do our own research to make our decisions based on our own moral compass and beliefs. It's a challenge today to trust what the news media is saying, trying, as was mentioned , to manipulate the mass in believing the story they are telling. I liked hearing your thoughts on all the topics your discussed, reminders for self-reflection to stay diligent, look within for answers and guidance. Safe travels on the rest of your trip...looking forward to next chat. Blessings!
I found the live very interesting. I do hope you will do a live on the issues with males in today’s society. It is a particular interest to me, since I am a mother of 3 sons and now grandmother to 2 grandsons. My sons are in their 40’s, 2 of them are doing extremely well but my middle son is not in a good place. Scott Galloway has a podcast. His book is Notes on Being a Man. I would love to hear discussion by the two of you.
I completely became infuriated when I saw an article about Vice President Vance recommending that women have babies and then it was cited that immigrants could do this. I completely felt that this was not justified and it’s definitely not considered what someone wants or what they can possibly do.
This is the article that I heard about originally when I was watching TV. I located it online and it’s deeply disturbing. I plan to research it further.
AI (Artificial Intelligence) has been slowly trying to reshape our economy of what it means to be human. We live in a world where today's technologies is moving away from the critical skills and thinking process of who we our as human being. People born decades ago, were smarter and were capable of bringing a wider range of experiences, creativity, and intuition into the decision-making process of their own life that AI cannot replicate. Children of the future will have to figure out if they want AI tracking them by surveillance, and invading their privacy, and misusing their personal data. Especially on these new updated smartphones that have the AI-power tool system already in it.
Another subject: Self-reflection to me is an art form of my own personal reflection of who I am in this human life form. As the creator of myself, there are many characterize parts and pieces of who I'm and what I have experience internally within each part of my body and soul that has help me stay quiet, calm, and still during those emotional moment I face head-on in my life, especially in the United States Army. My internal self-awareness skills have help me navigate the unchartered waters of the chaotic and unbalance world we all live in.
Even though I have a twin brother we were both created in a unique way that separated us from one another. Growing up in the countryside as a child in a family of nine people gave me plenty of motivational thoughts and desires not to become a carbon copy of my parents' way of living their life. Through my own observation and multiple experiences in the life I got to live in, work in, and enjoy every moment of, whether good or bad, has never changed the positive attitude outlook I had since I was a child growing up in poverty. The things I remember the most about people that have passed through my path in life is that I'm different than anyone else they've met, and they like the way I made them feel when we were together. When things happen in my life, it was probably meant to be, I don't always have control of what people are saying or not saying about me. My name will be used in rooms and place I will never enter, but that is a part of life. I'm eternally grateful for everyone who enter into my life path, those that have continue to stay and for or who have move on. Thank you!

Worksheets?
In the notes below the afterparty replay, Graham provided “worksheets” as tools for us to dig deeper on the topic.
I have my pad and pen ready to take notes!
Really appreciate the heads up. Thanks Graham.

Thank you, Graham. I enjoy our podcast. I’m just sorry that my Internet went flaky.
