Hello my friends,
Welcome to Tuesday Reflections.
This week, I have prepared a guided meditation for you. This one lasts twenty minutes but will move very quickly if you follow along with the instructions.
It’s meant to be done while sitting down, with your back straight, eyes closed, and feet flat on the floor. I personally like to put a small cushion behind my lower back for extra support, as some chairs aren’t as supportive as I would like.
My intention with this guided meditation is to create the space and time for you to cultivate a deeper relationship with the present moment. This is accomplished by practicing mindful listening with your entire being. Through this relationship, your actions and decisions are informed and guided from a place of harmony with life.
I can’t tell you how many times it has felt like I dodged metaphorical bullets by listening to what the moment was guiding me to do. At times, it can feel like you're Neo from the movie The Matrix. It has also brought me blessings and surprises that I didn't even know were possible in my life. Of course, there have been many times when I ignored this guidance and faced painful lessons. It works both ways; the choice is yours!
I hope you enjoy this week’s Tuesday Reflection and are able to settle in and fully embrace this moment.
Continued Blessings,
Graham
