I’ll chop wood
And I’ll haul water.
I’ll continue to stoke the fire of my home,
Heart.
To allow my passions to burn through my soul until they are flaming outside of me.
When the moon is full I’ll,
Talk to her, whisper sweet words.
Days where the sun shines I’ll,
Laugh more, out of this belly.
Clouded skies will remind me,
To look for life in peculiar places.
