Thank you Graham for another great live and for sharing your perspective on this important topic. Such a beautiful reminder of how love , respect and understanding can transform the way we connect with others. Finding that balance between logic and emotion truly brings more harmony into our lives.🙏
Your topic tonight was very interesting. Your reflection on the importance of balancing emotions and logic is so vital in communication. Finding the common ground and mutual understanding often gets lost in the noise. It helps me to use a LOVE acronym to balance: listening without distraction, observing body language, vocalizing my clear and concise thoughts, and to have empathy when considering different perspectives. I love your story, your experience, of coming to understanding in your prayer. Very powerful. Changing the world to a more loving and understanding place happens one person at a time. Thank you, Graham, for your message of love. I, for one, hope to carry it forward. Continued blessings.
Thank you for this great live! The world needs to build more humane relationships, where words heal rather than hurt, sharing with empathy and respect.
Good topic choice, especially with the world today. Finding the balance of emotions and logic is an important key in fostering respectful, open communication. Listening with respect, hearing others stories/ views is part of the process, and we don’t always have to agree with opinions of others.. it’s okay. I feel respect and love are missing in the world today. I pray everyday for the light of Gods love to shine… it begins with each of us. 🙏🙏
What I have come to understand in my own spiritual journey is that faith is not logical nor can it be simply explained. That doesn't diminish its value in my life. You are right that it gets discounted because there is no physical proof of much of what I have come to believe to be true. There is so much that is beyond my human comprehension but that doesn't mean it's not true. Often we get stuck in what we have been told is truth, but if we stay open and listen, we can understand beyond what we have been told but we can't necessarily explain it logically to others. Loving others where they are in their own faith is always the answer. Thanks for sharing your experience, Graham - you are always measured and kind in your approach to the different paths we are on.
Cathey, I love that you say can't explain it logically to others. And loving people where they are is always the answer. I love your comments. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you, Graham.I was able to listen to the replay this morning.I missed the live last evening. Thank you again for another interesting chat, great topic. I think it is so important,in this complicated world we live in today to listen, and work at understanding , and be helpful, and thankful. We are not all the same, or have the same beliefs, but we still can co-exist in peace and love. ❤️🙏🏻☺️🙌
I joined this Live a little late so am very grateful for the opportunity to hear your story Graham. What a beautiful transcendent experience to be blessed with an answer to your prayer for understanding.
Love is such an extraordinary and fruitful filter through which to seek better understanding.
I have always experienced my faith through both head and heart. After a 6 year journey of seeking in my teens and early 20's, I was totally surprised to find that balance of spirituality in the Catholic Church. Throughout my life from young childhood to this day, God has spoken to me and guided me through both rational and transcendent experiences and encounters.
The RCIA process through which I prepared to be received in full Communion with the Catholic Church, resonated with my need to understand things from both the head and heart ... rational and transcendent ... intellectual and spiritual ... faith and reason ... science and religion.
That led to my 44 year journey in RCIA ministry accompanying and teaching others. I incorporate the methods of 'apologetics' to share the rational dimensions of faith. The sacraments of the Church for me, are the source of the deepest most transcendent experiences of encounter with God in my faith journey.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful experience and for the opportunity for us to join in the discussion and share our personal perspectives. It's a blessing for me to see what my Time Has Come friends think and feel about life and spirituality. I am thoroughly enjoying your Lives.
Graham thank you for sharing your beautiful story of love today (watching replay). Touched my heart so much, brought me to tears. Feeling the emotion inside the heart is truly a gift. I pray no matter what your belief is, that everyone can feel this love in their own life when it’s time. Treasure your gift always Graham and share again sometime we never know who may need to hear your story. God bless you Graham, I am so thankful I am part of your community.❤️🙏
What a beautiful talk! I am really touched by your openness and your humility. So much has happened in my life as a bridger of galaxies assisting with Earth's ascension that many think is pure fiction and cant be measured by science. In a way, it can be an extremely lonely journey. Yet, it is my life..42 years of this higher level of myself truly living its agenda through me while the human body self is just being purged out to be a vessel for the divine mission. The egoistic self would love to have a role, but it has been 99% healing in the hermitage. It is still such a mystery, the method to this madness!
Thank you, Graham for opening up to all of us…always inspiring! To find Peace, surrender your heart and peace will follow. If you have a peaceful spirit, you will have a peaceful mind…find harmony as you surrender to being open to change. Faith is having the courage to let God have control. May The Lord Bless you and keep you! God Is LOVE!
Thank you Graham for sharing this experience Yes God is love… you also experienced God’s love while in the floatation tank….cosmic love! Yes infinite love to finite person….
Yow have a sacred union with God…again thank you for sharing God is love …. You are loved …. We are loved by the Creator…..❤️🙏😊
You described faith and how it happens. It is the substance of things hoped for when the evidence is not seen. I don’t hold people accountable for what I believe. But everyone needs prayer. God uses prayer. Love your searching heart.
Love is innate. It is genuine. It has no color. It has no race. It has no prejudice. It is not discriminatory. Love is love. It's like when you have your first child and the moment that child is born it is love like no other. A child allows you to see all that is good and all that is love, love is embedded in your core it illuminates within you and around you. When I'm in that space when someone has a different faith or when my faith isn't in alignment, I listen with respect, understanding, without judging or criticizing and to allow my love for that person to see the commonalities of both our faiths to feel the love that person has for his or her faith. My oldest daughter practices a different faith; but we also see that there are commonalities that we respect that both our faiths offer to our lives. There is so much turmoil in the world, and we all have the right to express ourselves, freedom of speech is an American Constitution right, my prayer is that when we do exercise our freedom of speech that we can be mindful of the words that we use- let those words bring humanity together and not let our words divide us. Let's exercise our innate ability to Love. Thank you. With Love. Gloria.
