For those who missed the live call, I shared what I believe are the 3 pillars of positive growth.

1. Stillness: Observing our inner state with compassion and curiosity. Allowing the lessons and insights within us to reveal themselves naturally. I like to see this as the spiritual nutrition we need to make lasting and sustainable growth.

2. Purpose & Expression: Understanding that our purpose and current form of expression are different. We can lose momentum or inspiration when the way in which we express our purpose changes. This happens because we assume that we no longer can fulfill our purpose if it’s not done as we have done before. The key here is to tune into the feeling you get while you’re in your purpose and allow new forms of expression to emerge. Your inner work from being in stillness will also influence and evolve your purpose and forms of expression.

3. Resourcefulness: Mastering the movement of resources, energy, money and time with appreciation. This final pillar creates the upward lift in your life. As you learn to better direct and manage the resources in your life from a place of deep appreciation, you automatically attract more resources to be directed. Which in turn will bring more lessons to be learned the stillness.

A big hello to all the Sovereign Creators.

Please enjoy this month’s replay of our chat along with the guided meditation on self-respect.

Each month we come together on Zoom to share and experience the best that life has to offer. To appreciate the gift of life and the many lessons and challenges along the way. Ultimately, my focus is to support you all on your journey of stepping fully into a Self Sovereign Creator. A Creator who is aligning their heart and personal faith with their creative expressions and gifts. A Self Sovereign who is taking full responsibility for their life and their path. A man or woman who is led by their own faith and connection to a higher power.

This month we spoke about Self-Respect and how this is the ultimate form of respecting the gift of life. As you respect yourself you respect your creator and the gift you have been given.

If you’ve struggled with Self-Respect in your past and need to activate that feeling within yourself, you can imagine someone in your life that you do respect to cultivate that feeling. Imagine them in front of you and how you feel. Once you become familiar with the feeling, direct that energy along with your focus to the different parts of your body as we go through the guided meditation.

Sovereign Creators and Weekly Podcasts

As I spoke about in my latest live chat, I am going to be transitioning to a weekly podcast episode in the coming months. I will still be doing the traditional podcasts when the time and opportunity presents itself. My intention is to create more valuable conversations and After-Parties for you all to participate in.

One of the perks of being a Sovereign Creator is going to be an opportunity to ask my podcast guests a question during the live recording. These questions will be pre-screened and shared by you live during the end of the interview.

I thought it would be a great opportunity for some of you to develop your public speaking skills and also get more outside of your comfort zone!
